PART 1: Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

PART 2: Our Voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the opportunity to test Aurelia Skin for 30 days. If you do not notice any change in your hair structure or feel that your skin has not become softer, we will refund your purchase under the following conditions (your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected):

Minimum Trial Period: The guarantee can only be claimed after at least 20 consecutive days of use from the delivery date.

Deadline: Your guarantee request must be submitted by email no later than 30 days after delivery. A detailed explanation is required.

Bundle Limitation: For product bundles, the guarantee applies to a maximum of one (1) opened product. Any additional products must be returned unopened and with the hygiene seal intact.

Free Gifts: If free items were included with the order, they must be returned complete and unused. Missing or used items will be deducted from the refund amount at their regular retail value.

Return Shipping: The customer bears the cost and shipping risk of the return. We recommend using tracked shipping. Returns sent postage due will not be accepted.

Limitation: This guarantee may only be claimed once per customer, household, and delivery address.
