Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Sweden.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Sweden takes place within 5–10 business days after the contract has been concluded (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction has been received).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Delivery is currently available within Sweden only.

Customs Duties and Fees

For deliveries from non-EU countries, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These may include fees charged by financial institutions for money transfers, such as bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, as well as import duties or taxes, such as customs duties or import VAT.

Such costs may also arise in connection with payment transactions if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the payment is made from a country outside the European Union.
